The Fence, Deck and Patio Company, The Deck Company, The Concrete Company, were all established by Dennie Teer. Mr. Teer has an extensive background in the home-building industry. Beginning in the early 1990's Mr. Teer began building custom homes in the Friendswood, League City and greater gulf coast area. By the mid 1990's Mr. Teer was building homes in such exclusive neighborhoods as Tanglewood and River Oaks areas. In 1996 Mr. Teer started his own company, Detail Construction Unlimited. After successfully running this company for several years Mr. Teer decided to specialize in the fence, deck and concrete industries. These companies are still being supervised daily by Mr. Teer.
